To prevent service interruptions caused by network expiration, ZiBird now supports Auto-Renewal for networks.
We strongly recommend users with long-term network needs to enable this feature to ensure uninterrupted usage and avoid account abnormalities or login failures.
Once enabled, the system will automatically renew your network 24 hours before expiration, deducting the fee from your account balance.
Please make sure your balance is sufficient, or the renewal will fail and the network will expire as scheduled.
How to Recharge Your Balance
Auto-renewal requires payment from your ZiBird balance. Please top up in advance.
- Log in to your ZiBird account and go to the Billing section on the left menu;
- Click Top-up, choose the amount and payment method;
- Confirm and complete the transaction.
We recommend recharging enough to cover your next cycle to ensure successful renewal.
