If your imported external network expires, it can no longer be used in ZiBird. This may cause:
- Account disconnection, unable to log in
- Network environment changes, triggering platform risk control
Therefore, renewing on time or enabling Auto-Renewal is essential to ensure stability and security.
How to Renew
- Go to Network → Added
- Find the external network that needs renewal
- Click Renew and complete the payment
How to Enable Auto-Renewal
Enabling auto-renewal helps you avoid interruptions and reduces repetitive monthly operations.
Please make sure your ZiBird account balance is sufficient — the system will automatically deduct the renewal fee before expiration.
Steps:
Top up your balance
- Go to Billing → Top UP
- Add enough balance to your ZiBird account
Enable Auto-Renewal
- Go to Network → Added
- Select the network you want to renew
- Toggle Auto-Renewal ON

Notes:
- The system will auto-renew 1 day before expiration, deducting the amount from your balance. Please ensure sufficient funds.
- If the balance is insufficient, the renewal will fail, and the network will stop working after expiration.
How to Change the Bound Network of a Profile
Go to Profile List and select the profile you want to change
Click the Edit button under the Network option
Switch to Select Existing, and choose the network you want from the dropdown list

Q1. If the same network is bound to 2 profiles, how many times do I need to pay?
Only once. The service fee is charged per network, not per profile.
Q2. If the same network has 2 imported records bound to different profiles, how many times do I need to renew?
Each imported record is treated as an independent resource and must be renewed separately.
Suggestion: Delete extra records and re-bind the renewed one to multiple profiles.
Q3. Can I delete my imported network?
Networks cannot be deleted during the active period. You may delete them once expired.
Q4. How is the renewal cycle calculated?
The cycle starts from the payment time.
Example: If you renew it for 30 days on August 25, the period is August 25 – September 24.
